KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Sometimes that's easier said than done. In our own production at our subsidiary in Bockenem, we were faced with the problem that the work could not be completed in the specified times. But if you looked closely, there were waiting times of over 10% in front of the machine. Resources could not be used optimally. The spindle running times were too short. We looked for solutions on the workpiece automation market and found what we were looking for. Highly intelligent solutions, designed for series production, which have their price.
The solution for medium-sized companies
INDUMATIK
These solutions were not viable for medium-sized manufacturing companies. What we had in mind was a simple solution for transferring the blank to the machine tool and removing the finished part with an uncomplicated connection and control system and at a price that would amortize the investment after one year. High goals, but according to the motto "keep it simple", not a high-end version. Our engineers were faced with a major challenge: They had to develop a loading system that was technically on the level of "as little as possible, as much as necessary". A difficult undertaking for engineers with a love of technology.
