INDUMATIK – VL 40.
The Indumatik VL 40 offers a modular automation solution.
This compact system integrates a linear axis robot that handles pallets and workpieces directly. With pallets up to a size of 200 x 200 mm and a handling weight of 40 kg, the Indumatik VL 40 is ideally suited for small to large batch sizes. The VL 40 can also be quickly equipped for individual parts. The VL 40 is modular in design and is offered as a standard variant and as an extended variant (XL). The extension allows for additional workpieces and pallets to be added.
PREPALLET.
This option allows the operation of different pallets in just one system. So not only the usual sizes like 320 × 320 or 400 × 400 mm, but also more compact load carriers with dimensions of 100 × 100 or 200 × 200 millimeters are possible. PREPALLET also integrates clamping technology and simplifies workpiece handling.
BASIC WORKPIECE CARRIER.
This is a shelf specifically designed for storing workpieces of various sizes. Thanks to its clever construction, the workpiece holders can be easily adjusted manually, so that each workpiece can be optimally placed.
This system is particularly suitable for use with linear axis robots, as it is an ideal complement to their functionality. The shelf allows for precise and efficient machining of various workpieces.
