Our tool extension for processing machines is a separate unit that contains tools for the machine. It enables efficient and automated provision of tools during the machining process. This external magazine extends the internal magazine of the processing machine. As a result, tool changes can be carried out quickly and precisely, which improves the productivity and accuracy of the machine.

An external magazine provides you with additional tools directly on the machine. Tool extensions from 100 to 600 tools are standard with us.

The extensions must be connected to the machine via an interface. To do this, we should open a project together with you and your machine manufacturer.

PALLET HANDLING.

Workpieces are clamped on pallets and stored and retrieved with the pallet in the machining center. The flexible production system is ideal for small quantities or heavy handling weights and makes it possible to automate almost all clamping systems.

The pallet is not required for parts handling. The workpiece or finished part is fed directly into the machining center with a gripper. This type of automatic machine feed is recommended for large quantities with low weight.
