200 VL - Flexible thanks to floor-mounted chassis

The Indumatik linear axis robot VL 200 shines in a new design! The system can be set up as a pallet handling or parts handling system or combined as a hybrid system and can automate handling weights of up to 200 kg. The use of the Indunorm BFW 1100 floor trolley makes the Indumatik L 200 linear axis robots even more flexible to use. Any number of storage locations, different machining centres and/or different technologies can be combined with an Indumatik to form a production cell, which can also be flexibly expanded for the future using the floor-mounted trolleys. This means that the cell can continue to grow so that future requirements are already catered for. The mounted Z-axis (tower) has a telescopic axis including gripper in the centre. This can extend very far into a processing machine. This means that machine loading from the front or from larger machines is also possible at any time.

Die Anlage kann sowohl als Palettenhandling oder Teilehandling oder kombiniert als Hybridanlage aufgebaut werden und dabei bis zu 200 kg Handlinggewicht automatisieren. Durch den Einsatz des Indunorm Bodenfahrwerks BFW 1100 werden die Indumatik- Linearachsroboter L 200 noch flexibler in der Anwendung. So lassen sich mit einer Indumatik beliebig viele Lagerplätze, unterschiedliche Bearbeitungszentren und / oder verschiedene Technologien zu einer Fertigungszelle verbinden und über die Bodenfahrwerke auch für die Zukunft flexibel erweitern. Damit kann die Zelle immer weiterwachsen, sodass auch für zukünftige Anforderungen bereits vorgesorgt ist. Die aufgebaute Z–Achse (Turm) verfügt mittig über eine Teleskopachse inkl. Greifer. Diese kann sehr weit in eine Bearbeitungsmaschine einfahren. Damit ist auch eine Maschinenbeladung von vorne oder von größeren Maschinen jederzeit möglich.

The floor trolleys were developed to be able to move various robot applications. This means that the robot is no longer statically limited to one position in the Indumatik system, but has an additional axis for a larger movement radius thanks to the floor-mounted undercarriage. Originally only used in the Indumatik systems, we now also offer the floor trolleys separately for your robot application and have four standard sizes available. The floor trolleys have a very flat and compact design and are therefore impressive compared to other solutions, which are often not expandable.

BODENFAHRWERK BFW. Die Bodenfahrwerke wurden entwickelt, um verschiedene Roboterapplikationen verfahren zu können. So ist der Roboter in der Indumatik nicht mehr statisch auf einen Platz beschränkt, sondern bekommt durch das Bodenfahrwerk eine weitere Achse für einen größeren Bewegungsradius hinzugefügt. Das Bodenfahrwerk ist in der Länge konfigurierbar und auch nachträglich erweiterbar. Ursprünglich nur in den Indumatik-Systemen eingesetzt, bieten wir die Bodenfahrwerke inzwischen auch separat für Ihre Roboterapplikation an und haben im Standard vier Baugrößen verfügbar. Die Bodenfahrwerke bauen sehr flach und kompakt auf und bestechen damit im Vergleich zu anderen Lösungen, die oft auch nicht erweiterbar sind.
