INDUMATIK - VR 70.
With an articulated arm robot from Fanuc, the Indumatik VR 70 can handle both pallets and workpieces directly.
The handling weight is 70 kg. Individually assembled in modular design, the system can be equipped with a variety of different racks and shelves, both for different pallet types and sizes and for workpiece handling.
The VR 70 has a modular design and is available as a standard version and as an extended version (XL). The extension allows additional workpieces and pallets to be accommodated.
DRAWER STORAGE.
In order to operate shelves automatically, we have developed a telescopic rail that telescopes the drawer base completely out of the housing. This makes it easy to load and unload the drawer storage unit from both sides. The telescopic rail has been specially optimized by our engineers to meet the requirements of automated workpiece handling. This enables the operator to make full, efficient and ergonomic use of the drawer depth.
GRIPPER PREMIUM.
The gripper Premium is a passive element that is mainly used for workpiece handling in conjunction with an articulated robot in the Indumatik VR 70. The gripper fingers are adjusted independently to the next workpiece size. This means that different workpiece sizes and components can be produced unmanned overnight in an Indumatik VR 70 without the need for a skilled worker to intervene.
PREPALLET.
With this option, different pallets can be handled in just one system. So not only the usual sizes such as 320 × 320 or 400 × 400 mm, but also more compact load carriers with dimensions of 100 × 100 or 200 × 200 millimetres are possible. PREPALLET also integrates the clamping technology and easily implements workpiece handling.
